Who is an Agent?

An Agent acts as an official local representative or distributor for C444 Game. They are responsible for facilitating financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals) for players in their designated area, providing a cash-based bridge between the digital platform and users who prefer or rely on in-person transactions.

The Agent Process: Step-by-Step

Agent Registration & Onboarding

• Apply: Interested individuals must apply through an official “Become an Agent” channel on the C444 website or contact the company directly.
• Verification: The company conducts a thorough verification process, which includes submitting legal identification (CNIC), proof of address, and bank details.
• Agreement: Approved agents must sign a formal agreement outlining their responsibilities, commission structure, and code of conduct.
• Training & Activation: Agents receive training on the platform’s rules, transaction procedures, and security protocols. Their agent account is then activated, and they receive a unique Agent ID.

Player Deposit Process Through an Agent

• A player contacts a local C444 Agent and informs them they wish to deposit funds into their gaming account.
• The player provides their registered username or mobile number to the agent.
• The player gives the deposit amount in cash to the agent.
• The agent logs into their dedicated Agent Portal on the C444 system.
• The agent selects the “Deposit for Player” function, enters the player’s username and the deposit amount.
• The agent confirms the transaction. The deposited amount is instantly credited to the player’s C444 game account. The agent’s wallet in the system is debited by the same amount.

Player Withdrawal Process Through an Agent

• A player requests a cash withdrawal from their C444 account through an agent.
• The player initiates a withdrawal request within the C444 app, selecting “Withdraw via Agent” and specifying the agent’s ID.
• The agent receives a notification in their portal for the pending withdrawal request.
• The agent verifies the transaction details and the player’s identity.
• Once verified, the agent approves the payout in the system, which deducts the amount from the player’s online account.
• The agent then gives the equivalent cash amount to the player, minus any applicable agent commission fee.
